Leviticus 26:4

ESVThen I will give you your rains in their season, and the land shall yield its increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.

Jeremiah 14:22

ESVAre there any among the false gods of the nations that can bring rain? Or can the heavens give showers? Are you not he, O Lord our God? We set our hope on you, for you do all these things.

Isaiah 45:8
